The most important aspects in choosing a builder are construction knowledge and experience.

Our builder holds a college degree in Construction Management and has over 30 years of construction experience. He also has certifications in ADA Construction, Concrete Inspection Authority, and a Commercial Construction License. He sits on the Builder's Association Board of Directors, has been featured on "Hot On Homes" and has been a construction expert and host on "Construction Talk Radio".

Personal Connection

Classic Custom Homes is not a large production builder. We are sized to provide our clients direct interaction with ownership. We limit the number of homes we will build each year and will not assign anyone but our builder/ownership to manage your construction activities. This allows us the ability to deliver on our standard of quality and attention to detail.
